A large well lit hall, with a high ceiling & level access. With underfloor heating, wooden panelling at lower levels. Accessible either through the centre or via door to the right of the Church. The hall has limited toilet facilities. Accessible toilet & baby change facilities are available in the Centre.
Two rooms that open out to become one. These fully accessible rooms are located adjacent to the café seating area, with wall to ceiling glass doors that open out to form one large room with the café. The rooms have wooden floors, white walls, recessed lighting and a fixed screen.
A quiet, contemplative space accessed from the front of the church via a ramp. St Giles’ works well for groups of up to 40 people looking for a space to meet or run workshops. The stained glass windows, recessed lighting and curtained wall can create a welcoming space for a variety of activities.
This meeting room is located on the ground floor of the centre and includes a large table and 8 comfortable chairs. With a large window at one end to allow natural light in, electrical sockets, wifi & the option to use a projector. This room works well for meetings and seminars for small groups.
Located up one flight of stairs, the Skye room benefits from a slightly secluded situation within the centre for groups looking for a peaceful space. With windows on the North and East sides, the room is often bathed in natural light. A single unisex toilet is located on the same level.
The café seating area is a lovely, warm and inviting space, available to rent when Butterflies Café is closed. The glass roof and large windows allow lots of natural light during daylight hours and, after dark, the lighting creates the perfect space for seminars, fundraising functions and smaller events.
Located on the first floor at the front of the church, accessed via a wide staircase, the St Andrew room has an L shaped footprint. Large leaded windows on two sides (South & West) with laminate flooring. Being located in the main Church building gives the room interesting architectural features.
This architecturally striking space with interesting stained glass windows, pews and wooden detailing is regularly used for worship but works well as a concert venue, exercise and rehearsal space. The seating in the church is fixed, however there is a large, clear area (approx. 6m x 6m) at the front of the church that allows for flexibility of use.
