Bible Study : Held alternate weeks, A Group Bible study and discussion. All welcome
Time for Reflection : A weekly midweek service of readings and contemplation
PilatesPlus : A complete body work out which builds core strength, stamina and flexibility through low impact conditioning exercises
Nicola’s Art Classes- botanical,floral and natural forms : Learn how to capture the beauty of the natural world through drawing and painting in this small friendly relaxed class
Singing4Fun : Community singing designed for those with Parkinson’s, their carers, family, friends and anyone who wants to join in. .
Pregnancy Yoga : Yoga for mums to be, from 2nd trimester. Pregnancy yoga is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
The Guild (fortnightly) : A welcoming, friendly group, meeting to hear a variety of speakers, with worship, fundraising for projects, and Saturday Morning coffee. Open to all. .
Hatha Yoga Beginners : This is a great class to start your yoga journey! Yoga is not just about touching your toes. Hatha yoga is about investing in healthily maintained of your spine and spirit.
Hatha Yoga : Restorative yoga aims to achieve physical, mental & emotional relaxation with the aid of props. Many restorative yoga poses are similar to normal hatha yoga poses, except performed with the support of props.
Streamlyne Pilates : Mat Classes are group classes, limited to 12 people to allow the opportunity for individual attention and improved skill progression. Intermediate level.
Butterflies Plus : Weekly lunches for the “over 60’s”. Come along any Wednesday for good food and company. Please book in advance.
Ladies’ Club : A Church group which meets for dancing, games, chat and outings such as walking in the summer; also helps with Church activities.
Post-natal Pilates : A great way to regain core strength and fitness post birth.
Saturday Morning Coffee Coffee and chat, open to all. Held every Saturday from September to June. Monies raised go towards Guild Projects (open link in a new page )
Grange Association : Meetings of The Grange Association are held throughout the Autumn and Spring offering a wide range of interesting talks on
NCT : Join an NCT Signature antenatal course and we’ll help you make the best choices and the best of friends. Also, NCT Introducing solids workshops give information to wean your baby onto solid food.
